Eating that fits your actual week

Ayurvedic nutrition guidance in Zurich

No weekly plan. Two or three things you will still be doing next month.

Riccardo Di Pasquale in conversation at his practice in Zurich, warm light, a calm room.

Ayurvedic nutrition guidance is a conversation about how you actually eat — not a plan you keep for three weeks and then forget. No diet, no scales, no ingredient you cannot buy in Zurich.

We start by looking at what your day actually looks like: when you eat, how fast, under what pressure, what happens afterwards. Out of that come two or three concrete changes. No more than that, because nobody implements more.

How an ayurvedic nutrition session runs

  1. Taking stock

An honest look at an ordinary day — not the ideal one. Without judgement.

  2. The ayurvedic reading

Constitution (your dosha), digestive strength, season. From that comes what is nourishing for you right now, and what is not.

  3. Two or three steps

Concrete, small, doable immediately. A warm breakfast instead of a cold one, say, or changing the order of your day.

  4. Afterwards

You get a written summary. If it is useful, we look again after a few weeks at what actually stuck.

Common questions

Ayurvedic nutrition — Common questions

Do I have to eat vegetarian?

No. Ayurveda is traditionally largely vegetarian, but I work with what you actually eat rather than against you. When and how you eat usually matters more than the meat question.

Do I get a meal plan?

Not a weekly plan with fixed meals — in my experience those rarely survive ten days. You get principles, a few recipes, and two or three concrete changes that fit your week.

Do I need special ingredients from India?

No. Everything I recommend can be bought in an ordinary Zurich supermarket or health food shop. If a particular spice is worth having, I will tell you where in the city to find it.
