Ayurvedic massage in Zurich

Your mind never switches off?

Ayurvedic massage and support for people who have been running on adrenaline for months. Concrete, practical, no mysticism. I am Riccardo Di Pasquale, an ayurveda complementary therapist in Zurich Hottingen.

Does this sound familiar?

The body speaks up long before it gives out.

Most people don’t arrive here with a diagnosis. They arrive because something has been off for months.

  • The mind keeps running

In the evening, at the weekend, at 3am. Thoughts that circle instead of stopping.

  • Tired despite sleeping

Eight hours in bed and still empty. Sleep no longer does what it used to.

  • Everything is braced

Neck, jaw, shoulders, stomach. The body holds what the mind will not put down.

  • You can’t slow down

Holidays help for two days. Then the same pattern starts again, often before the flight home.

None of this is a character flaw. These are signals — and signals can be read.

More on burnout and exhaustion

My approach

You don’t need to change your life. You need to find your balance inside the one you already have.

I do not work with methods that only make sense in some other, calmer life. You have a job, a family, a calendar. That stays.

What can change is how your body handles that load — and how much of it is still sitting in you at the end of the day.

So every course of treatment starts with listening, not with a programme. Once I understand what your week actually looks like, we can find a path you can realistically walk.

More about how I work

  • Simple practices

Two or three things that fit inside your day. Not twenty that you abandon after a week.

  • Concrete, not spiritual

Ayurveda is an old system. I translate it into language and steps that make sense now.

  • Something that lasts

Changes that survive the next difficult week, because they were built for it.

  • Genuinely personal

No standard protocol. Your constitution, your routine, your pace.

Is this for you?

This is for you if you want to …

  • break the loop of stress and exhaustion
  • have energy that lasts beyond the morning
  • feel steadier, even when several things run at once
  • find clarity instead of one more method to keep up with

And it’s not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix. Covering up symptoms isn’t what happens here.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

You know from the outset what will happen. That matters more than it sounds when your system is already under load.

  1. First consultation

We take our time. You describe what is going on; I listen and ask the questions that take it further.

  2. Ayurvedic assessment

We look together at constitution, digestion, sleep and daily rhythm. That produces a picture, not a list of symptoms.

  3. Your treatment

You get a plan built for you: the right applications, plus a few concrete things to do at home.

  4. Staying with it

We keep going until the new thing stops being an intention and becomes a habit.

Who you will be working with

I know what it’s like when the body stops cooperating.

Football was my life for years. An injury ended it — and with the sport I lost a piece of who I was.

After that I wanted to become a physiotherapist. I never did: behind every pain there is also fear, pressure and exhaustion, and that needs different tools.

I found them in Ayurveda. Today I work with people in Zurich at exactly the point where I would have needed someone myself.
